Bayside Adventure Sports (BAS) participants are informed that any decision to carpool with other members of the group is voluntary and entirely at the discretion of the participants and must be coordinated privately and independently of any BAS representative. (I) comply with all driving and vehicle laws, regulations and codes, including liability insurance in effect at the time of travel and possession of a valid driver`s licence; (II) Check that your insurance policy includes joint travel and that the passengers with whom you share the trip are considered third parties in your vehicle and are therefore covered by your insurance; (III) do not take any risks during the journey and do not take any product that could negatively affect your attention and your ability to drive safely and carefully; IV) publish notices that correspond only to lines that have already been programmed; V) to carry out the route described in the advisory (particularly with regard to the use of the motorway) and to respect the timetables and places agreed with other users (including the meeting point and the destination); (VI) carry no more passengers than the number of seats indicated in the indicator; (VII) the use of a vehicle in good condition and in accordance with all legal provisions, in particular the current ITV certificate; (VIII) share with Hoop or any passenger who shares your driver`s license, registration certificate, insurance policy, ITV certificate and any other document showing your ability to use the vehicle as a driver in the app; (IX) in the event of a delay or change of time or on the itinerary itself, inform your passengers immediately; (X) in the event of cross-border travel, maintain and provide them with a valid document indicating your identity and right to cross borders by the passenger and any authority requesting it; (XI) wait for passengers at least 30 minutes after the agreed time at the agreed meeting point; (XII) does not advertise on a vehicle that is not yours or for which you are not allowed to use it as a carpool man; (XIII) ensure that passengers can contact you at the phone number on your profile; (XIV), do not generate profit through the application; (XV) have no contraindication or incapacity to drive; (XVI) behave appropriately and responsibly during the journey, in accordance with the philosophy of common travel. 3. Carpooling begins on August 7, 20xx and continues as long as there are drivers who are willing to participate.
